Here’s a great hamstring and hip flexor stretch you can do daily that will help you if you wanted to achieve to do a full split.

Hi I’m Christine from Inner Strength Pilates and Barre, today I like to show you how to achieve to do split at home. If you do this stretch daily you will be able to do split.
Alright, so now do this for hip flexor and hamstring stretch, so bend your knees, and put your hands down on the mat, and tap pelvis under, so you should be feeling your hip flexor now.
Deep breathe in, and breathe out, a little bit more down, breathe in, and breathe out, pull belly button in and up, again inhale, exhale pull belly button in and up, so feeling really stretched deep hip flexor, you can hold on there 45 seconds and then come back.
Now for your hamstring, so just straight in front of your leg, you can do just like that if you want more stretch for your leg you can go down, deep breathe in, and out, one more inhale, exhale more go down, more challenge for you, make sure stretching your leg, again you can hold on there 45 seconds, and then come back.
Now if you want to do both of your legs at the same time, you can go slide down, so be more stretch, there we go, so stretch your hamstring and hip flexor at the same time, deep breathe in, and breathe out, again inhale expand your back, exhale relax, again hold on there 45 seconds, and then come back.
So swap your leg to the other side as well.
