ABOUT ADELAIDE PILATES REFORMER STUDIO CLASSES
For those of you who want to workout on a reformer machine for the entire class, then this is just for you!
If you like to be challenged, this can be a hardcore machine workout that will increase your heart rate, make you sweat and will burn fat. In this class you will be encouraged to work hard without resting in-between exercises, which will increase your cardiovascular fitness. These classes are suitable for beginners to advanced athletes. This workout will give dramatic results!
With only five students in each class, personalised attention is ensured. If you choose to be given the same workout as others in the class, it will be a non-stop workout! Keeping at the same pace as other students is what will encourage & push you to work hard without resting in-between exercises.
This allegro Pilates workout will give dramatic results. It will reshape your entire body and give you a phenomenal amount of strength. This high-energy, low impact workout contains exercises specifically to target the core, arms, legs, thighs, back & butt. Stretches are also performed at the beginning & end of each workout, ensuring your flexibility is improved.
The result is a body that is strong, realigned, rebalanced and works efficiently. It is a hardcore workout, which will lengthen the muscles in your body without the added bulk of other regimes.
WHO ARE REFORMER CLASSES SUITABLE FOR?
These classes are suitable for anyone, because you have the choice receiving an individualised workout from your instructor to suit your individual needs. They are suitable for all ages, genders & abilities. If you are a beginner to Pilates, you will need to complete a one-on-one assessment first.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Socks are to be worn during your workout. Socks with sticky rubber on the bottom can be purchased for $15 at our studio. Sweat towels are supplied at our studio. Please wear something that you can comfortably stretch in.
16 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Because our classes are so popular and busy, we do have a 16hr late cancellation policy to allow clients on our waitlists to be able to book into a class if another client cancels. Please give 16hrs notice to cancel bookings.
