About Us

Inner Strength Pilates studio applies one on one training. There are no more than six clients in a class at one time and each student has their own program to suit their own needs. This program will always be updated by the instructor as the client becomes stronger and progresses.

Specialised Pilates machinery are used in the studio and floor matt excersies also include Pilates apparatus such as bolsters, chi balls, hand and ankle weights, therabands and swiss balls. Each exercise is resistance controlled to stretch the muscles whilst strengthening them.
